Returns

If you have made a purchase, you can make the return within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The term will be counted from the day you received the order or it was received by a third party indicated at the time of purchase. In the event that the products that make up the order are delivered separately, the period will begin to run from the date the last product was received.

The return will be free, however shipping costs must be paid, with a different cost in the case of shipments to the peninsula (€ 4), the Balearic Islands (€ 6) and the Canary Islands ( € 12), which results from the direct cost of shipping. Returns to other European countries will have the cost that is determined for the shipment.

To proceed with the return of the product, we will arrange a collection with the shipping company at the address indicated in the purchase, or in a different one that you indicate directly, within a maximum period of 14 days from when you communicated to us the intention of returning the product.

Once the return has been agreed, the money will be refunded once we have received the product and we have verified that it is in perfect condition. To make the refund we will use the same means of payment used at the time of purchase. The refund will be made as soon as possible and always within a period of 14 days.

If upon receiving the product it is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, due to having suffered some damage or a decrease in value due to its use beyond receipt of the same, or contrary to the nature of the product, it may be responsible for these damages. For this reason, we would appreciate it if you prepare the product in a sealed bag to avoid damage back to the office.
Changes

If you have received your product and prefer another model or size, there will be no problem making the change, within 14 calendar days.

To make the return, you must contact us through hola@hemper.es providing us with information about the order in order to manage it.

The change will be free. Except in the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, which will have to face the expenses resulting from the direct cost of the shipments.

To proceed with the change of the product, we will send the backpack you have chosen as soon as possible and we will arrange a collection with the shipping company at the address indicated in the purchase, or in a different one that you indicate directly. p>

Once the change has been agreed, we will reimburse the difference in the costs of the selected products once we have received the product and we have verified that it is in perfect condition. To make the refund we will use the same means of payment used at the time of purchase. The refund will be made as soon as possible and always within a period of 14 days. In the event that a higher cost product had been chosen, the price difference will be paid with a bank transfer.

Returns of defective products.

If when you receive your product it has any damage, do not hesitate to contact us within 14 calendar days. You can do it through hola@hemper.es. We will ask you to contribute a photograph in which the tare can be seen, to see if it is a defect or a consequence of the artisan manufacture of our products.

We can offer you different solutions:

On the one hand, you can select an exchange for any other product, which will be managed in accordance with the exchange policy.

On the other hand, you can request the return and refund of the money, in accordance with the return policy.

In the case of defective products, both returns and exchanges will be free, including transport costs, if there really is a tare.
